Since I have sewing ADD, I had no problem picking 3 unused patterns that I want to tackle in March. Help me decide on which one!
Contender #1 Colette Peony in brown plaid
Contender #2 Vogue 8805 in gray, navy and green
Contender #3 – BurdaStyle Checked Cape 08/2011 #112 in brown tweed (score from Value Village!)
I know I have sewing ADD! I’m usually working on two or more projects at a time and then need another quick sew in the middle.
I love the first. Plaid is fun to sew. The lines to me, help line everything up.
I’m glad someone else has it, too! I am always sewing something for me and something for at least one of my daughters at a time.
I voted for the tweed cape. Its been cold and it looks cozy.
Thank you for thinking of my comfort during these rainy, cold months! I think I’ll still make it (I’m not sure how much longer capes will be in style, honestly. I’d better get crackin’)
Colourblock, COLOURBLOCK! 🙂
Isn’t it fun?
I vote for the plaid peony – I love plaid in all forms and I have a crush on colette peony 🙂
Can’t wait to see 🙂
Thanks! I am also addicted to plaid lately. I haven’t sewn any up yet, because I’m scared to match it up, but that is why I put it up there, for the challenge!
I agree, colorblock! I want to try that pattern too 🙂 Can’t wait to see what you make!
Thank you!
I could not decide between the Vogue and the Colette, but ultimately alliteration won out! 😉 (And, I also started following your blog, excited as I had not seen it before)
The colors that you picked for the Vogue are lovely! I hope it stays in the lead 🙂
There is a little secret surprise on that green fabric, too!
This was tuff! You’ve got some great choices there.
Have fun!
Ramona
Thanks! I think I will get to all of the projects eventually, but it is so fun to have this poll up!
